I am a fifty odd year old (very odd some may say!) living here in the U.K.

  Hypnosis is not a Spell! It is retraining your subconscious mind to alter emotions and actions you wish to change. (And... was a skeptic myself not so long ago. Since using self hypnosis I have managed to change my life around for the better....
